Booking Conditions
Below you find the Booking Conditions which apply to our tours. Many travel organizers have conditions which impose only obligations for travelers, ask unreasonable high advance payments and in case of problems give you as traveler no rights. We apply consumer-friendly and service-minded conditions! Our Booking Conditions are comparable (and often better) with the Travel- and Booking Conditions applied by the travel organizers and consumer unions in Belgium and The Netherlands.
When making a booking an advance payment of only 10% of the tour price is required. The remainder of the payment balance must be paid the latest 6 weeks before the beginning of the tour.
