Booking Form
If you wish to book a tour, you can fill in and send the online booking
form. You will receive a message from us soon via email if we can confirm
your reservation. Go to the Booking

Booking via Email
You can also make a booking for a tour via email. Send us an email with
your personal details and which tour you wish to book.

Confirmation of Booking and Payment
After reservation the traveller gets a confirmation of this reservation
by e-mail with all data concerning this booking. The traveller
must reconfirm this e-mail and as from that moment the reservation is
definite.
An advance payment of 10% of the travel sum is then required. The remainder of the payment
must be paid at the latest 6 weeks before the beginning of the tour.
Early Booking
It is recommended to book early! Than you have the
certainty that you will have a place on the tour you wish to make and
you are ready to discover the real Asia.
If you make your reservation late, it can occur that a tour is already
fully booked. The maximum number of participants for each tour is 12
persons. Avoid unpleasant surprises and make your reservation early.
A booking for a tour has to be made at least 2 months before the start of the tour.
Also, many international flights are often already fully booked months
in advance. Therefore we advise our guests to book their flight on time,
minimum 4 to 5 months before the desired departure date.
